Returns -  Due To Change Of Mind

Celestial will accept returns & exchanges on all unworn regular priced clothing within fourteen (14) days of delivery or pick up. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs due to returns & exchanges. Kindly ensure you are looking at the size guide before purchasing clothing. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to email info@shopcelestiall.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible. 
No Returns on Jewelry, Accessories, Bodysuits, & Sale Items
All jewelry, accessories, bodysuits, and sale items are final sale. No returns or exchanges will be accepted on sale items, jewelry, and accessories. If you have any questions regarding an item that isn't eligible for return or exchange, please email info@shopcelestiall.com
 

Items Out Of Stock

If an item is out of stock, we will cancel and refund the out-of-stock items and dispatch the rest of the order.

 Wrong Items

In the unlikely event that you received the wrong item, please email support@shopcelestiall.com within seven (7) days of delivery and we will resolve the issue asap.

 

Shipping Policy

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase. This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer.
 

Dispatch Time

Orders are usually dispatched within two (2) business days of payment of order.

Our warehouse operates on Monday - Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays at which time the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum. If you have any questions about your order at any time, please email support@shopcelestiall.com.

Tracking Notifications

Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider. If you did not receive a tracking number please email us at support@shopcelestiall.com and we will gladly send it to you.

Transit Time - Domestically
In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 2 - 7 days.
 

Transit Time - Internationally

Generally, orders shipped internationally are in transit for 4 - 22 days. This varies greatly depending on the courier you have selected. We are able to offer a more specific estimate when you are choosing your courier at checkout.

P.O. Box Shipping

Shop Celestial will ship to P.O. box addresses using postal services only. We are unable to offer couriers services to these locations.
